Tesla Table
This table was inspired by some of the more farfetched albeit fascinating theories of Nikola Tesla. One such vision imagined a wireless world electrically powered by a remote network using the earth to conduct signals from a tower.
While a wireless reality exists today in many ways, Tesla’s ambition never manifested itself and remains a distant dream from the turn of the century. I interpreted this concept and applied it to an apocalyptic future cityscape where something went horribly awry after the implementation of this new system.
