This painting explores themes of division and blurred border lines on a macro/micro scale. Where do regions of the universe begin and end? Are such demarcations possible given the unfathomable size of space?
On a cellular level we can identify individual components yet these pieces form the sum of their parts, an organism with clearly defined physical boundaries.
