Optogon

This is about as close as my work gets to minimalist. I’m sure most of my work has a distinct style, though I make a conscious effort to create a diverse and versatile body of work.

This piece is an exercise in gradual transitions of depth and color spectrum, and the indefinable point of perception where transition occurs. It also serves as a Rorschach Test of sorts, the color palette, ovoid shape and horizontal grooves form the shape of a sun.

Our minds prone towards suggestibility fill in the blank automatically.
