Collapsed Perspective Chest of Drawers
This admittedly unorthodox chest of drawers was built out of an attempt to capture multiple perspectives in a collapsed form; I suppose you could call it cubist furniture. This piece embodies an approach I have since tried to stray from, a tendency towards allowing the sculptural elements to compete with the functional.
I strive towards achieving a better balance between form and function these days without letting either side dominate.
